I’ve been on the carnivore diet for over two years now and since then it has improved my symptoms of ulcerative colitis, leukocytoclastic vasculitis (autoimmune condition that shows as a rash on my lower body), joint pain, and has increased my energy levels, cognitive ability, strength and physical performance. I tried numerous diets, supplements and therapies before finding this way of eating and saw some improvement but nothing as drastic as switching to a meat only diet. It hasn’t all been easy but it has all been 100% worth it.
I want to help others on this path. I know how hard it can be in pain, to suffer from illness, to change your habits, and deal with the social pressures of a restrictive and extreme diet. I can be a bit of a nerd and get into the science behind things (if that’s what you’re into) but I’m also good at breaking things down into simplistic and understandable ways. I hope that the experience I have can be of assistance to you.
About me personally: I’m a musician, obsessed with jiu jitsu, love to travel and read. I also love cooking and have had my fair share of success (and failures) experimenting with recipes on this diet.
